Private review comes first
Every inquiry begins with a confidential review of the opportunity, the parties involved, the requested capital structure, available documentation, timing, and fit with potential capital sources.
Conditions
A serious capital request depends on confidential review, accurate information, diligence, documentation, and final written agreement.
Every inquiry begins with a confidential review of the opportunity, the parties involved, the requested capital structure, available documentation, timing, and fit with potential capital sources.
Applicants, sponsors, borrowers, owners, or representatives are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and authorized information. HBA Partners may request supplemental records, financials, entity documents, collateral details, project materials, or identity verification before advancing a request.
A conversation, contact submission, application, referral, meeting, or document upload does not obligate HBA Partners or any third-party capital provider to proceed, provide terms, reserve capital, issue approval, or close a transaction.
Financing availability, structure, pricing, collateral, covenants, fees, conditions, and timelines depend on diligence, market conditions, capital-provider criteria, documentation, approvals, and final written agreements.
Because HBA Partners aggregates and arranges access to capital across multiple sources, potential transactions may depend on independent underwriting, investment committee review, lender approval, investor approval, servicing requirements, or outside counsel review.
HBA Partners treats inquiries and supporting materials with care and expects parties engaging with the firm to respect confidential discussions, non-public information, transaction materials, and third-party relationships.
If HBA Partners and a party decide to move forward, any obligations, fees, exclusivity, confidentiality provisions, success criteria, or transaction responsibilities must be documented in a written agreement. Website content and informal discussions do not override signed documents.
