A conversation, contact submission, application, referral, meeting, or document upload does not obligate HBA Partners or any third-party capital provider to proceed, provide terms, reserve capital, issue approval, or close a transaction.
Terms depend on diligence
Financing availability, structure, pricing, collateral, covenants, fees, conditions, and timelines depend on diligence, market conditions, capital-provider criteria, documentation, approvals, and final written agreements.
Third-party approvals may apply
Because HBA Partners aggregates and arranges access to capital across multiple sources, potential transactions may depend on independent underwriting, investment committee review, lender approval, investor approval, servicing requirements, or outside counsel review.
